Dr. Lowenguth is originally from Albany, New York. She graduated magna cum laude from Siena College in Loudonville, New York with a BS in biology. Following college graduation from Siena College, she attended SUNY at Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine, graduating at the top of her class.

During dental school, she was actively involved in scientific research and was awarded the Oral Biology Fellowship, academic achievement award from the American Association of Women’s Dentists, and was the recipient of the Outstanding Student Award in Periodontics from the American Academy of Periodontology.

After meeting her husband Dr. Mark Lowenguth, a native of Rochester, in dental school, she abandoned her plans to move to the West Coast and came to Rochester to study Periodontics at Eastman Dental Center. Additionally, she received a training grant from NIDR for masters training at the University of Rochester. This grant was awarded to select students throughout the country in order to educate scientists, teachers, and researchers in dentistry.

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Dr. Infantino attended college and dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Medicine and Dentistry, and received a Certificate in Periodontology.

Dr. Infantino has been in full-time private practice in Rochester for over 40 years. His knowledge and expertise in the field of Periodontics and implant dentistry is well respected by Western New York Dentists.

Originally from Maryland, Dr. Phillips graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Dr. Phillips moved to Rochester in 2012, where he completed his specialty training in Periodontics at the Eastman Institute of Oral Health in 2017.

Dr. Phillips is a highly skilled periodontist with board certification in Periodontics and Implantology from the American Academy of Periodontology. With extensive training in minimally invasive surgical gum grafting techniques and laser therapy for treating gum disease. Dr. Phillips is committed to providing a comfortable and high-quality experience for each patient.

Outside the office, Dr. Phillips is an adventurous spirit, often found exploring Rochester with his children or diving into new experiences like hiking, scuba diving, and skiing. Along with his wife Dr. Marni Phillips, whom he met in dental school.

Meet Dr. Leah Baldinger, a dedicated periodontist and implant dentist proudly serving the Western New York community. A native of Orchard Park, Dr. Baldinger combines her local roots with a passion for oral health to deliver exceptional dental care. Dr. Baldinger graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2020 and completed a General Practice Residency at Michigan Medicine in 2021. Her commitment to understanding the link between gum disease and overall health led her to pursue a three-year specialty training residency in Periodontology at the University of Rochester's Eastman Institute for Oral Health, which she completed in 2024.

With expertise in full-scope periodontics and dental implants, Dr. Baldinger offers a range of services, including periodontal disease management, periodontal plastic surgeries, regenerative bone-grafting procedures, and dental implant placement. She is committed to preserving natural dentition through conservative treatment approaches and prioritizes patient education to ensure informed decision-making. Known for her gentle touch, patience, and attention to detail, Dr. Baldinger ensures a comfortable, high-quality experience for every patient. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

An active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), International Team for Implantology (ITI), American Dental Association (ADA), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and the 8th District Dental Society, Dr. Baldinger is also pursuing board certification with the American Board of Periodontology, with her oral board exam scheduled for May 2025.

Outside the office, Dr. Baldinger enjoys quality time with her family, indulging her love for baking, and exploring the great outdoors through gardening, biking, and traveling.
