My First Visit.
Your first visit is your opportunity to get to know our practice, see our facility, and meet our office team. During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your dental concerns, collect the relevant health history and background information, and perform a clinical exam to establish a baseline for care. Whether your first appointment is for a dental checkup, a consultation, second opinion, or emergency care, we do all we can to make your visit a welcoming, informative, and productive experience. Once we gather the relevant background information, examine your smile and obtain any diagnostic images, we’ll discuss if treatment is required and explain your best options in care.

In certain situations, we can offer in-house payment plans. Our expert financing team will always assist you to find a way to make your treatment easy and affordable.

We are participants with Excellus Blue Cross and work with all insurance companies for both dental and medical benefits. Our experienced administrative staff will help you receive all the dental benefits possible for your treatment.
